What audits/certifications can your factory support?
We can cooperate with buyer‑specified third‑party audits such as ITS, FCCA, social compliance audits. Fabric test reports, safety certificates can be arranged per buyer’s market requirements.
Can you develop new styles based on my design/tech pack?
Yes. We accept custom development according to your tech pack, sketches, reference samples. We will confirm details like pattern, sizing, construction before sampling.
What is your MOQ? Can you accept small trial orders?
MOQ depends on fabric, custom printing/embroidery, style complexity. We accept reasonable trial orders for long‑term potential partners, subject to discussion.
How long does sampling take? What is the sample cost?
Sampling lead time is normally 7–15 working days depending on customization. Sample fee is quoted separately; partial refund may apply for bulk orders under agreed conditions.
Can you make UPF sun‑protective / waterproof / wind‑resistant garments?
We can source corresponding functional fabrics per your requirements. Third‑party performance testing and market‑required certifications can be arranged on buyer’s request.
Do your products meet EU REACH / US CPSIA by default?
Standard production does not include region‑specific compliance testing and labeling by default. We can customize testing, labeling and certificates to meet EU/US regulatory requirements as you require.
What is bulk order production time?
Bulk production time is estimated after confirming order quantity, fabrics, all custom details and deposit received. Normally 30–60 working days for reference only.
What trade terms and payment methods do you accept?
We mainly accept T/T. Trade terms like FOB Qingdao are available. Payment terms can be negotiated for long‑term cooperation.
Do you ship to EU / USA directly?
We handle goods delivery to designated port/warehouse under agreed trade terms. Buyers may arrange their own forwarder for international shipping and customs clearance.
How do you control quality during production?
We conduct inline inspection, pre‑shipment inspection. We can follow buyer‑required QC standards or third‑party inspection upon request.
What is your communication language and working hours?
